A/C Now LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects personal information you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out contact forms, request estimates, or use our Virtual HVAC Assistant. This information may include your name, telephone number, email address, physical address/service city, and details regarding your HVAC system issues. When you submit a request, we also record how you reached our website, as described in section 3.
2. Communication and Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
By providing your telephone number on our forms, you explicitly consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from A/C Now LLC, including communications generated via automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, or artificial voices. These communications may include scheduling and follow-up about your request, and promotional messages.

3. Cookie Disclosures
Our website uses essential and functionality cookies to optimize your browsing experience. We set a cookie named nf_city to store your geographical service location; it allows our edge functions to deliver localized content (such as displaying your city name) and expires after 30 days.
We may also use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and how long visits last. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. When you send us a service request, including through our chat assistant, we also record how you reached our website: the page you first landed on, the address of the website or app that sent you (without the part of the address that can hold search terms), any campaign tags in the link you followed (other than search keywords), and whether you arrived through a Google ad or a Facebook link. Your browser keeps a short note of this on your device and sends it only with a request you submit; we use the note only if you contact us within 30 days, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We keep it with your submission to understand which of our advertising brings in customers and to recognize automated spam, and we do not share it.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal contact information (especially text messaging opt-in consent and telephone number data) with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the providers that host this website and deliver your request to us (such as email and spam-protection services). The analytics and advertising tools described in section 3 do not receive your name, phone number, email address or message.
