Do you serve everywhere from Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter to Stuart and Port St. Lucie?
Yes. We serve St. Lucie, Martin and northern Palm Beach counties, from Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie south through Stuart to Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. Same-day service, when available, is offered for calls before 5 PM Mon–Fri. Outside those hours, an on-call technician handles genuine emergencies at a higher fee.
How do I know if my AC condenser coil needs cleaning or replacement?
Near the coast, salt air corrodes the outdoor coil's aluminum fins and its copper-to-aluminum joints, and sand and salt pack into the fins. Signs of a dirty coil include rising power bills, long run times and air that isn't as cold as it used to be; a regular coil rinse clears the buildup. A badly corroded or leaking coil usually means a new coil or outdoor unit, not necessarily a whole new system.

Our 21-point tune-up is a comprehensive health check for your air conditioner. We test critical electrical parts (like capacitors and contacts) for wear, measure the system's cooling efficiency and airflow, clean the drain lines to prevent water leaks, and inspect all safety switches. Can you fix my AC on the first visit, or will I have to wait for parts?
Usually on the first visit. Our trucks carry the common repair parts that fail most often, so most repairs are finished in one visit. If your system needs a less common part, the repair is finished once that part is in.
